If your animal can fit through the door, you can use it!
If you are ordering a hutch with a right feed door, you need a left entry opening.
If you are ordering a hutch with a left feed door, you need a right entry opening.
Hutches ordered as a full open entry cannot be fitted with a feed door.

We proudly stand behind our craftmanship with a 10 Year Limited Warranty on all O-Series, I-Series, S-Series, and Group Housing products. Calf-Tel offers a one- year warranty from the time of purchase on C-Series products and accessories. Damaged or defected products will be replaced in their entirety.

You will receive your order answer from 5-10 business days from the date that it shipped out, not the date the order is placed. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number (s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Shipping charges for your Calf-Tel.com order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All shipments will ship Ground via carrier with best possible rate based on your region. For more shipping information, please visit our Shipping Policy.
Currently, Calf-Tel.com does not ship outside of the United States. Calf-Tel.com ships to addresses within the continental U.S.
- Orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes

All Calf-Tel.com Accessory orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we anticipate a longer lead time, it will be noted in the item description.

Damaged Items & Returns
a. In the unlikely event that the shipping carton or product is damaged during transit, please note this on any receipt that you sign with the carrier and contact us so that we can work with you and the carrier to resolve the matter.
b. Please take pictures of the damaged packaging and save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
