The Calf-Tel Mammoth is the largest calf housing unit we have ever produced.
In the world of dairy farming, the future is built on the strength of our calves. At Calf-Tel, we think bigger and have designed the Mammoth with the producer and herd’s success in mind. It is designed specifically to meet the demands of producers looking to raise calves in smaller groups or to meet transitional housing needs for post-weaned calves prior to moving to larger herds. It provides a generous 10-square-meter footprint with enhanced airflow and is built with high molecular weight polyethylene for unmatched durability.

A heavy-duty, infinitely modular, durable fencing solution that provides extra space for calves.
Still available in the 8|16 & 12|16 configuration options, the Group yard is our NEW fencing option that attaches to our 54|98 MultiMax Hutch and can hold 4-7 calves in the smaller option and up to 8 calves in the larger option. With the ALL NEW ThruTube fabrication, you can now add as many panels as you want using the ThruTube Extender Links to reinforce strength at the intersection making it INFINITELY MODULAR.

Our Outdoor Group Calf Hutch combined with the Duplex Gate System allows you to pair raise first, then shift to a small group. Suitable for 2 calves with the middle pairing gate, or up to 3 without the middle pairing gate.

When calves raised individually are placed in large groups, the stress from competition and social pressure can lead to setbacks in growth and health. Placing 4 to 6 similarly sized, weaned calves in a Outdoor Group Calf Hutch is the best way to ease the transition. Continued growth and health will be attained as animals bond into a social group.
